Response dates extended for public consultations

We have extended the response dates for all three public consultations as follows:

  • online intimation to replace the walls of court – now closes 25 April 2025
  • simplified procedures for divorce and dissolution – now closes 09 May 2025
  • modernising the signet – now closes 21 May 2025
