The Scottish Civil Justice Councils consultation on the mode of attendance at civil court hearings closed on 15 November 2021.
The Council has today published a report setting out the analysis of responses to that consultation, accompanied by a business and regulatory impact assessment (BRIA) and an equality impact assessment (EQIA).
