The public consultation on the Mode of Attendance at hearings launched on 6 September and was due to close on 18 October 2021. Following a number of requests for extensions to enable stakeholders to respond, the consultation period will be extended by 4 weeks. Responses should now be submitted to the SCJC Secretariat by 15 November 2021.
