This Act of Sederunt makes provision for rules to regulate the procedures for new types of court application provided for under amendments to The Proceeds of Crime Act 2002 (External Requests and Orders) Order 2005 (S.I. 2005/3181) brought about by means of the Proceeds of Crime Act 2002 (External Investigations and External Orders and Requests) (Amendment) Order 2018.
