This Act of Sederunt is an further instrument to Act of Sederunt (Rules of the Court of Session 1994 Amendment) (Sanctions and Anti-Money Laundering) 2019, which amends Act of Sederunt (Rules of the Court of Session 1994 Amendment) (Sanctions and Anti-Money Laundering) 2019, to insert provision to revoke Chapter 101 of the Rules of the Court of Session 1994 which should have been included in that Act of Sederunt.
