There is still time to respond to the Council’s consultation on the case management of family and civil partnership actions before the deadline on Wednesday, 22 August 2018.

The consultation seeks views on proposals to improve the case management of family and civil partnership actions in the sheriff court, particularly in order to prevent undue delay in proceedings relating to the welfare of children.

All those with an interest in family and civil partnership actions in the sheriff court are invited to respond.
