This Act of Sederunt amends the fees chargeable by Sheriff Officers, Messengers-at-Arms and Shorthand Writers by 2.6%. The new fees apply from 4 June 2018.

Having approved draft rules submitted to it by the Council, the Court of Session made the following Act of Sederunt on 18 April  2018: Fees of Messengers-at-Arms, Sheriff Officers and Shorthand Writers.

It does not affect fees for work carried out before 4 June 2018..
