The Council has published its Report on the consultation on the draft rules for Protective Expenses Orders.  

The Report summarises the proposals and provides an analysis of the key issues arising from the responses.

The Council has established a working group to consider the policy issues emerging from the consultation and to make recommendations to the Council for revised procedural rules.

The working group is made up of:
