The Act of Sederunt (Rules of the Court of Session 1994 Amendment) (No. 3) (Courts Reform (Scotland) Act 2014) 2015 amends the Rules of the Court of Session 1994 in consequence of the coming into force of certain parts of the Courts Reform (Scotland) Act 2014. 

In particular, the Act of Sederunt makes provision for the determination of the value of an order; applications for judicial review; and appeals to the Supreme Court.

This Act of Sederunt comes into force on 22nd September 2015.
