Scottish Government response to the Taylor Review published

The Scottish Government has today published its response to Sheriff Principal Taylor's Review of Expenses and Funding of Civil Litigation in Scotland.  The response is available here. The Council’s Costs and Funding Committee is currently considering Sheriff Principal Taylor’s recommendations.
