The Act of Sederunt (Summary Applications, Statutory Applications and Appeals Etc. Rule Amenment)(Miscellaneous) 2013 was made on 17 October 2013 and comes into force on 11 November 2013.

It amends the Summary Application Rules in consequence of amendments made under the Adults with Incapacity (Scotland) Act 2000 and under the Proceeds of Crime Act 2002 (External Investigations) Order 2013. Separate instruments were considered and approved by the Council at its last meeting of 23 September 2013 which have been consolidated in this instrument. It was not subject to any amendments by the Court of Session before it was made.
