The  official launch of the Scottish Civil Justice Council will take place on Monday 23 September at Parliament House, Edinburgh. The Cabinet Secretary for Justice, Kenny MacAskill, and the Lord President, Right Honourable Lord Gill,  will each deliver a short speech.
