The Scottish Civil Justice Council have given written evidence in response to the Scottish Parliament's Justice Committee call for evidence on the Tribunals (Scotland) Bill.

The evidence provided by the Scottish Civil Justice Council is restricted to consideration of the sections relevant to its work and the implications that the Bill will have on its operations.

The consultation on the Tribunals (Scotland) Bill  was introduced on 8 May 2013 and ends on 19 September 2013.
