Consultation on Extending the availability of costs protection in environmental cases
The Scottish Civil Justice Council has today issued a further public consultation on proposals that would allow a party to request costs protection in all environmental cases.

5 - Respondent Information Form The consultation will be open for twelve weeks. The deadline for responses is 18 September 2026.
