A questionnaire has been published to aid the Scottish Civil Justice Council’s review of the rule change making the use of Civil Online Mandatory for Simple procedure cases. This questionnaire is being conducted on behalf of the Council's Access to Justice Committee.
The questionnaire seeks views from court users, including party litigants, solicitors and professional services firms that have used Civil Online and the Application Programme Interface, developed by SCTS, to submit their claims as a result of these rules.
The Access to Justice Committee will consider the views expressed by court users responding to the questionnaire to assist it in preparing a report and recommendations for the Council about whether or not to extend the rules pass the 30th of September.
